Responsibilities

• Processing and updating HR&PY records related to new hires, terminations, hours worked, promotions, etc
• Delivering HR transactional services in specific areas such as employment, training, compensation, benefits, or pensions
• Preparing reports concerning the personnel administration process
• Acting as a point of contact for customer’s employees, HR departments, and third parties for HR and Payroll related questions
• Answering phone, e-mail, and chat customer queries, meeting time requirements

Requirements

• Very good command of English (C1)
• Analytical thinking
• Focus on details
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to work under time pressure
